What people ask us most
If your question isn't here, write to us — we'll add it.
A conversation about your processes, followed by a written summary: what's worth digitizing and in what order. No cost, no obligation to continue with us. The summary is yours — use it on your own or with someone else.
It depends on what turns out to be needed — which is why the price comes after the plan, not before. We first establish what's worth doing and in what order, then estimate the effort and calculate it at an hourly rate. You get the estimate before work starts, not at the end.
It varies quite a bit, so we won't give you a number before we've looked. A project can mean a few weeks or two to three months, and three things make the difference: whether you already have systems or we start from scratch, how settled your processes are, and how available your team is for questions and training. The plan you get after the assessment includes timelines, not just costs.
You get the summary and you decide. If you want to go further, we prepare an offer with clear steps, costs and timelines. If not, nobody calls you every week.
They probably can implement it. A specialist who knows the functionality well will get it done — they just need guidance on where it's worth intervening. The difference is elsewhere: analyzing the workflows. Knowing how a system works isn't the same as knowing which process in your company is worth changing, in what order, and why. So we can also work just that far: we do the analysis and the implementation plan, and your person takes it from there.
Usually quite a lot. Most companies use less than half of what they already pay for — Office 365 stays Word, Excel and a place to keep files, though it covers far more. The first thing we look for isn't what you should buy, but what you have and don't use.
No. We pick the right solution for your need, we don't fit you to a solution. We work with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Odoo and others — and if what you already have covers the need, we'll tell you that instead of selling you something else.
No, quite the opposite. We work with entrepreneurs and small to medium businesses. At that scale results show fastest: there are fewer systems to align and decisions don't need three levels of approval.
Yes. AI doesn't replace them, it runs on them — it answers based on the data it can access. If your customer information is scattered across email, WhatsApp and calls nobody wrote down, there's nothing for it to read. Digital systems are where data becomes structured, and that's where AI actually helps.
